The Williams Opal LO4RSS is a four-door undercounter freezer for venues that run their own refrigeration plant: it is supplied as a remote cabinet without a condensing unit, which keeps compressor heat and noise out of the kitchen and is the only way Williams builds a four-door Opal freezer. It holds 670 litres of 1/1 GN-compatible frozen storage at –18°C to –22°C, is rated for rooms up to 40°C, and stands on 150mm legs with a stainless steel worktop on top. Three-sided service access and a generous service compartment are designed to make the installer's job easier. Designed and built by Williams in Australia.

Good to know before you buy:
- Remote only: there is no self-contained version of this cabinet. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies, sizes and installs a suitable condensing unit, pipework and controls (solenoids are not fitted or supplied). Williams can advise on condensing unit sizing. We supply the equipment only.
- Power: the cabinet itself needs a standard 10 amp outlet. Power for the condensing unit is arranged by your installer.
- Access: 2219mm long, 700mm deep and 180 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Measure doorways, corridors and corners before you order, and allow for the extra 150mm of leg height when it is unpacked.
- Warranty: as a remote cabinet it carries a 12-month parts-only warranty rather than the 24-month parts and labour cover on self-contained Williams units.
- Options: two-drawer sets in place of any door, cylindrical locks, extra shelves, a stainless rear and underside, or castors instead of legs. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:
Why is there no plug-in version?
Williams builds the four-door Opal freezer as a remote cabinet only. If you need a self-contained Opal freezer, the three-door LO3USSHC (510 litres) is the largest.
What size condensing unit does it need?
Williams lists the LO4RSS at 680 W at –30°C saturated suction temperature, on R448A. Your refrigeration mechanic selects the unit to suit your plant and pipe run, and Williams can help with sizing.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. This cabinet must be connected to a condensing unit by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.
