The Williams Opal LO2USSHC is a two-door undercounter freezer with 350 litres of 1/1 GN-compatible storage, holding –18°C to –22°C in kitchens as hot as 40°C. It shares its 1418mm stainless steel cabinet with the HO2USSHC fridge, including the front-breathing refrigeration cassette that lets it slide under a bench without a drain or side clearance. The self-contained LO2USSHC runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant from a 10 amp plug, while the LO2RSS is the remote version, 1237mm wide and supplied without a condensing unit for connection to your own plant. Both are designed and built by Williams in Australia.

Good to know before you buy:
- Refrigeration option: the LO2USSHC arrives complete and plugs in. The LO2RSS is supplied without a condensing unit, so your refrigeration mechanic supplies, sizes and installs the condensing unit, pipework and controls (solenoids are not fitted or supplied). Williams can advise on sizing. We supply the equipment only.
- Power: a standard 10 amp outlet for either version.
- Access: the self-contained freezer is 1418mm wide, 700mm deep and 130 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorways and any tight turns.
- Airflow: keep the front grille clear. No side or rear gap is needed on the self-contained model.
- Options: two-drawer sets in place of a door, cylindrical locks, extra shelves, a stainless rear and underside, or 150mm legs instead of castors. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:
Why is the freezer's energy use higher than the matching fridge?
Pulling a cabinet down to –22°C in a 40°C kitchen takes far more work than holding +1°C. Williams tests the LO2USSHC at 7 kWh per 24 hours against 1.4 kWh for the HO2USSHC fridge, so budget for that in your running costs.
Can I replace a door with drawers?
Yes. A two-drawer set (150mm deep drawers) is available in place of either door on this freezer. The three-drawer set is fridge only. Pans are not included.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. The self-contained LO2USSHC plugs into a power point. The LO2RSS remote cabinet must be connected to a condensing unit by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.

Warranty: Williams 24-month parts and labour warranty from the date of invoice on the self-contained LO2USSHC (12 months parts only on the LO2RSS once connected to a remote condensing unit), carried out by Williams authorised service agents on the Australian mainland. Warranty repairs must be logged with Williams first.
