About Effeuno
Effeuno makes compact electric pizza ovens in Italy. Each oven cooks on a handcrafted biscotto stone, which is included, for even heat and a crisp base. Effeuno says pizzas can be ready in as little as 90 seconds, and the Easy Pizza Pro models reach 500°C. The ovens also cook focaccias, calzones and baked goods. They have a small bench footprint and a cool-to-touch exterior, and Effeuno says they need no canopy or extraction. Meris Food Equipment is the Australian distributor.

Effeuno FAQs
What is the difference between Easy Pizza Pro and E Line?
Easy Pizza Pro is Effeuno's newer range, with full digital controls and a maximum temperature of 500°C. E Line is the original Effeuno range, with easy-to-use manual controls. Both come as a standard or high cavity single deck, and the Easy Pizza Pro also comes as a two-level oven.
What power do Effeuno ovens need?
The single deck ovens are 2.4kW and run on a standard 10 amp power point. The two-level Easy Pizza Pro (EFE-P234H) is 3.1kW and needs a 15 amp power point, which a licensed electrician can fit.
What is a high cavity model?
It has a taller cooking chamber: 180mm high inside instead of 110mm, at the same 350mm width. The oven is 345mm tall overall instead of 270mm.
Is the pizza stone included?
Yes. Every oven comes with a handcrafted biscotto stone. A spare 350 x 400mm stone is sold separately.
Can Effeuno ovens be stacked?
Effeuno's stacking kit (EFP-KS5050) lets you stack two ovens. Ask us to confirm it suits the models you want to stack before you order.
