Matador FAQs

What warranty does Matador equipment have?

Warranty depends on the model: the TC8, TC12 and TC22-5 mincers have 1 year return-to-base, and the TC32 mincer, HSM-120D, bone saws and AK370FC bowl cutter have 1 year parts and labour. Each product page shows its warranty.

Do Matador machines need special power?

Most plug into a standard 10 amp power point. The TC32 mincer and the JG400AH bone saw need three-phase power connected by a licensed electrician. The SV-7 and SV-15 sausage fillers are manual and need no power.

Which mincer should I choose?

The TC8 and TC12 suit restaurants, cafes and small butchers and come with a sausage filling attachment. The TC22-5 and TC32 are for busy butchers and production kitchens mincing larger volumes.
