For a bigger display of drinks, desserts or prepared food, the Anvil FBCG2600 gives you 600 litres behind a single self-closing glass door, lit by internal LED lighting. Its shelving suits GN 2/1 pans, so it works as well for kitchen prep as it does for a shop floor. A digital thermostat with high-temperature alarm, fan-assisted roll-bond cooling and automatic defrost come standard. It is the 775mm-wide big brother of the 400 litre FBCG2400, and the solid-door FBC2600 offers the same capacity without the glass.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: at 132 kg and 2040mm tall when packed, it needs a clear path and enough hands to move it. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking. Check doorways and corners before it arrives.
• Placement: keep it away from ovens, fryers and other heat sources, and leave space around and above the cabinet so the vents stay clear.
• Power: runs on 240V power and is rated at 0.15 kW.
