The Anvil NDSV4740 gives a cafe or patisserie 1200mm of square glass display on four chilled levels, for 480 litres of cakes, slices and desserts in one cabinet. It holds 2°C to 8°C, the three glass shelves adjust, and heated ITO glass on the front, top and sides shows everything off under warm or cool LED light. Need self-service? The NDSV4740SS is the same size with sliding doors front and rear.
