Anvil VRX1200 - Refrigerated Ingredient Well 1200mm, Glass Canopy
The Anvil VRX1200 is a 1200mm refrigerated ingredient well that sits on your bench and keeps sandwich, salad or pizza toppings chilled in GN pans, with a glass canopy over the top. It takes 4 x 1/3 GN pans (or 3 x 1/3 plus 1 x 1/2), up to 150mm deep, and is rated for room temperatures up to 38°C. The VRX1200S is the same size with a stainless steel lid instead of the glass canopy.
