Square glass, 1200mm wide and 395 litres of chilled display: the Atosa DF127F gives a cafe or cake shop room for a full row of whole cakes on each of its three levels. It holds 0°C to +8°C in rooms up to 43°C, with heated glass, LED lighting and Italian digital controls. Choose it over the curved glass DF127D if you prefer a square profile and a lower 1200mm height.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: it is 1260mm wide and 273 kg packed, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking, so plan the move in advance.
• Setting up: if it was tilted in transit, leave it upright for 24 hours before switching on and run it empty for 2 hours.
• Power: give it its own earthed single-phase 220–240V power point.
• Clearances: keep at least 200mm from walls and other objects, and away from ovens, heaters and direct sunlight.
