For a crisp, modern display on the counter, the Atosa TF120L is a 700mm countertop cake showcase with square glass, suited to cafes and bakeries. It holds 120 litres of cakes, slices and pastries at +2°C to +8°C, on stainless steel wire racks lit by LED lights. It is the square glass partner to the curved TY110L at the same width, and the TF160L is the 900mm version.

Good to know before you buy:

• Counter: it weighs 65 kg empty, so it needs a solid, level counter with a space at least 700mm wide and 560mm deep.
• Access: it is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or lifting it onto your counter.
• Clearances: Atosa asks for at least 200mm between the cabinet and walls or other objects, away from heat and direct sun.
• Before switching on: keep it upright. If it was tilted, let it stand for 24 hours, then run it empty for 2 hours.
