With four tiers across 1500mm, the Atosa WDF157Z gives bakeries and dessert venues 638 litres of chilled, square glass display. It holds 0°C to +8°C, lights the range with LEDs and uses heated glass to stop fogging. It has one more tier and 141 litres more than the 3 level DF157F, and sits between the WDF127Z and the WDF177Z in the four tier range.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: it arrives packed at 1560 x 800 x 1500mm and 340 kg, by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, so plan the route and the people or equipment to move it.
• First start: stand it upright for 24 hours if it was tilted in transit, then run it empty for 2 hours.
• Power: plug it into its own earthed single-phase 220–240V power point.
• Clearances: allow at least 200mm around it and keep it away from heat sources.
