The Baron Q90SFT/G820 is an 800mm Queen 9 gas griddle with a 15mm mild steel plate that is two-thirds smooth and one-third ribbed. Two tubular burners give 50.4 MJ/h, enough to run flat-top cooking and char-marked steaks or burgers at the same time on a 900mm-deep line. It is the part-ribbed partner to the smooth Q90SFT/G800, with a chrome alternative in the Q90SFTT/G825.
Key features:

- Piezo ignition and flame failure device
- Wide channel around the plate, sloped to drain into a large front grease drawer

- Thermal break, which Baron says cuts energy use by up to 15% against conventional models
