The BestWhip ThermalWhip is a 500ml cream whipper with double walled insulation, so it suits hot and cold preparations up to a maximum of 70°C as well as everyday whipped cream. That makes it a handy tool for restaurants and dessert kitchens that want one whipper for warm and cold preparations. It is stainless steel, dishwasher safe, and comes complete with a charger holder, three decorating tips and a non-slip protective base. Unlike the Barista Plus and Barista Pro, it is insulated and comes in one size only.
