Brenner BREG8C-300 - Forge 800 Series 300mm Gas Char Grill Top 1 Burner
The Brenner BREG8C-300 is a narrow 300mm gas char grill that fits a single U-shaped burner into a gap on your cookline, for cafes and restaurants that want char-grilled steak, chicken or vegetables without giving up much bench. The U-shaped burner spreads heat across the grill rather than leaving hot and cold bands. It is the smallest of the four Forge 800 char grills and lines up flush with the Forge griddles and cooktops at the same 800mm depth.

- Gas type: it is available in Natural Gas or LPG. Choose the one that matches your site in the Gas Type option when you order.
- Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Bench or stand: this is a bench-top unit. FED makes a matching 300mm stainless steel cabinet stand (BREG8-300E) with an undershelf. Ask us for a price.
- Access: delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.

Both are available. The gas type is built in at the factory, so pick the one that matches your supply in the Gas Type option. Output is 30 MJ/h either way.

It uses battery-free piezo ignition with a heavy-duty pilot, so there are no batteries to replace, and it lights quickly without long knob holding.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter in your area.
