The Bromic DD1875CG-NR puts 1955mm of curved glass across the front of your counter, with room for 527 litres of salads, cold meats, cheeses and other chilled lines. Fan-forced cooling holds -1°C to +10°C with automatic defrost, and 4000K LEDs light the display. On the staff side there is a rear bench and refrigerated storage behind two solid doors. It is the middle size in Bromic's curved glass deli range, and the DD1875SG-NR is the square glass version.

Only if that area stays cool. Bromic rates it for room temperatures up to 25°C, so keep it away from ovens, fryers and other heat.

There is extra refrigerated storage at the back, behind two hinged solid doors, so staff can keep backup stock within reach.
