The Bromic HOSVM900 is a heated display, not a fridge. It is an open-front, semi vertical multideck that keeps grab-and-go hot food on show at 30°C to 85°C, so customers can help themselves without waiting at the counter. Each shelf has its own digital controller, so different foods can sit at different temperatures, and thermal curtains help it heat up faster and save energy. Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it comes with a 20 amp round pin plug and draws 14.5 A, so it will not plug into a standard 10 amp or 15 amp power point. You need a matching 20 amp outlet, and if you don't have one, a licensed electrician must install it. We supply the equipment only.

Is this a refrigerated display?
No. The HOSVM900 is heated, with a range of 30°C to 85°C. It looks like a multideck fridge but it is built for hot food.
Can I hold different foods at different temperatures?
Yes. Each shelf is regulated by its own digital controller, so you can set each level to suit the food on it.
What power point does it need, and do you install it?
It needs a 20 amp outlet to suit its 20 amp round pin plug. We supply the equipment only. If you need a new outlet, it must be installed by a licensed electrician.
