For pies, pastries and other hot counter food, the Bromic FD4T0900H gives you four tiers of heated display in a 900mm wide cabinet. It holds +50°C to +70°C across 417 litres, comes with a bain marie to help keep food moist, and has two sliding glass doors at the back so staff can serve and restock quickly. It runs on a 15 amp plug; the compact FD4T0660H is the 10 amp option, while the FD4T1200H adds another 300mm of display width.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it comes with a 15 amp plug, which won't fit a standard 10 amp power point. If there is no 15 amp outlet where it will sit, a licensed electrician needs to fit one. We supply the equipment only.

- Access: packed, it measures 1000 W x 850 D x 1510 H mm and weighs 196 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises and doesn't include carrying it inside or unpacking, so check your doorways first.

Is the bain marie included?
Yes. Bromic supplies the FD4T0900H with a bain marie to help keep your food moist on display.
Do the sliding doors close by themselves?
No. The doors are not self-closing, so slide them shut after each serve to keep the heat in the cabinet.
Do you install it?
It simply plugs in, so there is no installation as such. We supply the equipment only, so if you need a 15 amp outlet added, that must be done by a licensed electrician.
