The Bromic FD4T0900A is an ambient display, which means it shows food at room temperature with no refrigeration or heating, making it a good fit for bread, pastries, biscuits and packaged snacks in cafes and bakeries. You get 417 litres of glass-fronted display over four tiers, LED lighting and two sliding rear doors, in the same 900 x 740 x 1360 mm cabinet size as Bromic's matching hot and cake displays.
