Busy bakeries, delis and takeaway counters that outgrow a 900mm cabinet can step up to the Bromic FD4T1200H. It spreads 542 litres of heated display over three adjustable 1117mm shelves plus the base, with forced air circulation and a digital controller holding +50°C to +70°C. Like the 900mm model it has two sliding rear doors, an included bain marie and a 15 amp plug, but it gives you 125 litres more space for hot food.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it has a 15 amp plug, located at the rear, bottom right, and draws 9.9 A. A standard 10 amp power point won't take it, so if you need a 15 amp outlet it must be fitted by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: the packed unit is 1300mm long, 850mm deep and 1510mm high, and weighs 214 kg. It arrives by tailgate truck at the front of your premises; moving it inside and unpacking are not part of standard delivery.
- Doors: the sliding doors are not self-closing, so train staff to shut them after serving to hold temperature.

How is it different from the FD4T0900H?
It is 300mm wider, holds 542 litres instead of 417, and its shelves are 1117mm long rather than 817mm. Both use a 15 amp plug and have two sliding rear doors.
Can I switch it over to chilled food in summer?
No. It only heats, from +50°C to +70°C. If you want a matching chilled cabinet, the FD4T1200C-NR has the same 1200 x 740 x 1360 mm footprint.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It plugs in, and any new 15 amp outlet must be installed by a licensed electrician.
