When a 900mm cabinet can't fit your whole dessert range, the Bromic FD4T1200C-NR gives you 1200mm of chilled frontage and 542 litres of display at +1°C to +5°C. Each of its three adjustable shelves is 1117mm long, the front, top and side glass is heated to fight condensation, and Bromic's Soft Cool technology helps keep cakes fresh for longer. It still runs from an ordinary 10 amp power point, drawing just 4.2 A.

Does it need a special power point?
No. It comes with a 10 amp plug for a standard power point, and Bromic lists the current draw at 4.2 A.
Can I move the shelves to fit taller cakes?
Yes. The three shelves are adjustable, so you can space them to suit tall gateaux on one tier and slices on another. The shelf inserts also lift out for cleaning.
Do you install it?
It is a plug-in unit, so there is nothing to install. We supply the equipment only.
