The BT-SB4-GRP3 has four open burners and a 300mm grill plate on a 900mm wide stand. It suits a cafe or restaurant that runs a busy stovetop and wants a small griddle for eggs, toasties or a few burgers. The BT-SB2-GRP6 gives you twice the plate in the same width with half the burners, and the BT-SB4-GRP6 keeps four burners and doubles the plate in a 1200mm frame.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 900 x 840 x 1030 mm unit.

Both have four burners. This one is 900mm wide with a 300mm, 12mm thick plate and draws 146 MJ/h on natural gas. The BT-SB4-GRP6 is 1200mm wide with a 600mm, 16mm thick plate and draws 168 MJ/h.

Is there a version with an oven underneath?
Yes. The OV-SB4-GRP3 has the same top over a gas oven in the same 900 x 840 x 1030 mm size. It draws 175 MJ/h natural gas or 150 MJ/h LPG.

Will it line up with other B+S Black units?
Its overall 840 mm depth and 1030 mm height match the other B+S Black on-stand units, such as the boiling tops, grill plates, char broilers and infill benches.
