The CookRite AT80G6B-O is a 900mm gas oven range: six open burners on top and a wide static oven below. The burners are rated at 28 MJ/h each and the oven at 29 MJ/h (197 MJ/h in total), and the oven holds 100°C to 300°C on its thermostat. With a 673mm-wide oven cavity, it is the range to pick when you need room for full trays of roasts or bakes as well as a busy stovetop, sitting between the 4 burner AT80G4B-O and the double-oven AT80G8B-O.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG from the Gas Type option when you order (same price).
• Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter to local regulations, under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Gas supply: at 197 MJ/h it's a sizeable load, so have your gas fitter confirm your meter and pipework can supply it with your other equipment.
• Access: packed it is 985mm wide, 995mm deep and 233 kg. It comes by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorways and arrange help to move it.

Common questions:

Is it a fan-forced oven?
No. Simco lists it as a static gas oven with a thermostat from 100°C to 300°C.

Can I add more oven shelves or a griddle?
Yes. Simco lists extra wire shelves (WIRE12) to suit this model and a 300mm drop-on griddle plate (GRID 30). Ask us for a price.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter in your area.
