Elementry DR-1E - Heated Mobile Plate Lowerator, Single
The Elementry DR-1E keeps a stack of 60 to 80 plates warm and ready at the pass. As each plate is taken from the top, the stack rises so the next one is always at hand, and the temperature is adjustable from 50 to 80°C. It is built from stainless steel and rolls on castors, so you can move it to a buffet line or function room and back. It is the single-stack model; the DR-2E holds two stacks, and the DR-3E drops into a bench.
