The Fagor 19001460 is a reversible two-surface grid that lets your combi oven roast on one side or put grill marks on steaks, chicken, fish and vegetables on the other. It is enamelled aluminium with a non-stick coating, in a standard GN 1/1 size, and is made by Fagor for its iKore combi ovens. Unlike the stainless steel spikes and racks, it gives food direct contact with a hot, marked surface.
