Gasmax VP122 - V-Pan 22L Gas Deep Fryer
The Gasmax VP122 is a 22 litre V-pan gas fryer. The open V-shaped pot has no tubes in the oil, so it is quick to wipe out, and the cold zone at the bottom catches crumbs so the oil lasts longer. It suits cafés, pubs and takeaways.
