Sammic PI-10 - Stainless Steel Potato Peeler, 10kg Load, 240kg/h
The PI-10 is a stainless steel abrasive potato peeler that takes 10 kg per load and peels 200 to 240 kg an hour. It also handles carrots and similar vegetables. It suits restaurants, pubs, takeaway shops, and school or aged care kitchens that want a sturdy, easy-to-clean peeler on a standard 10 amp plug. It is the smallest of the three PI models; the PI-20 and PI-30 take 20 and 30 kg loads, and the aluminium PP-12+ has a similar load.

Can it run for longer than 6 minutes?
Yes. As well as the 0 to 6 minute timer, it can be set to run continuously, so you decide when each batch is done.
What is the abrasive made of?
The side stirrers and the aluminium base plate are lined with silicon carbide abrasive, which Sammic's spec sheet says is approved by NSF.
What is the auxiliary contact for?
It lets the peeler control an external electric valve on your water supply. Your plumber and electrician can tell you whether your setup needs one.
