The Santos #34.1 is a refrigerated cold drink dispenser with one 12 litre bowl, for fruit juice with or without pulp, sangria, lemonade, water and iced tea. Staff or guests pour by pressing a glass or jug against the tap, and a stirring paddle keeps the drink at an even temperature while avoiding foaming and oxidation. It suits cafes, hotel breakfast areas, canteens and school or aged care kitchens serving one drink at a time; the #34.2 and #34.3 put two or three 12 litre bowls on one base.

Santos designed the #34 range for tropical countries, and Sammic rates it to work efficiently in ambient temperatures above 32°C, which helps in a warm kitchen or a hot summer.

Can I set the drink temperature?
Yes, it has an adjustable thermostat. Sammic does not list a temperature range, so ask us if you need a specific holding temperature.

How do I clean it?
The bowl, cover, tap screw, push handle and spray tube all come off for washing, and the paddle can be switched off separately when you do not need stirring.
