The Bonvue SL830V is a 900mm squared glass chilled showcase for cafes, bakeries and delis that want pastries, cakes, wraps and sandwiches on show right at the counter. It has 420 litres of gross volume across four display levels, holds +2°C to +8°C and draws just 544W from a standard 10 A plug. Next to the curved-glass SL830 of the same width, the squared glass gives you more room inside (420 litres versus 310) and a sharper, modern look.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: the cabinet is 740mm deep and 1350mm high (about 815mm deep and 1520mm high in its packaging) and weighs 184 kg. It arrives by tailgate truck at the front of your premises; moving it inside and unpacking it are not part of standard delivery, so check doorways first.
• Power: a standard 10 A power point is all it needs.
• Airflow: don't block the vents, and leave some breathing room around the unit.

SL830V or SF830V: which should I pick?
Both are 900mm wide. The SL830V has black trim, wire shelving and a triple-glazed heated front. The SF830V has glass shelves, heated ITO glass for a 360° view, fan-forced cooling and more volume (560 litres).

What plug does it use?
A standard 240V, 10 A plug. It draws 544W.

Will I need a plumber for the drain?
No. Condensate is handled by self-evaporating drainage, so there is no drain line to run.
