The Bonvue SL840 is a 1200mm curved glass chilled food display with a stainless steel body, made for a busy cafe or bakery counter where cakes, slices and sandwiches need to look their best all day. Its 430 litres of gross volume are spread across four lit display levels, and it holds +2°C to +8°C behind a triple-glazed, heated front. It sits between the 900mm SL830 and the 1500mm SL850 in the curved glass line-up; the squared-glass SL840V in the same width offers 570 litres.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: at 1200mm long and 208 kg, plan how it will be moved into place. The packed unit is about 1250 x 815 x 1520 mm, so measure doorways and corners. It comes by tailgate truck to the front of your shop; bringing it inside isn't included in standard delivery.
• Power: plugs into a standard 10 A outlet.
• Airflow: keep vents unobstructed and leave space around the cabinet.
• Drainage: no drain connection needed, as condensate self-evaporates.
