FED Thermaster GN5-VA - Ventilated Drop-In Cold Well 5x GN 1/1
The FED Thermaster GN5-VA is a ventilated (fan-assisted) drop-in cold well that holds 5 x GN 1/1 pans at +2°C to +8°C, ready to build into a servery, buffet or salad counter. The AISI 304 stainless steel well is fully welded with rounded corners for easy cleaning, and the digital controller sits on a 1 metre lead so it can be mounted where staff can see it.
