The FED Thermaster TL900TN-6P is a compact 900mm refrigerated saladette for cafes, delis and small kitchens: 6 x 1/3 GN pan openings on top for salads, dairy and ready-to-eat ingredients, with 168 litres of ventilated storage below. It has an electronic thermostat with LED display, auto defrost, 60mm insulation and self-closing doors. It is the smallest of the TL saladettes, which also come in 1200, 1500 and 1800mm.

Good to know before you buy:

• Pans and covers: FED says pans and pan covers must be used to keep the correct operating temperature. GN pans are optional extras. Ask us for a price.
• Height: at 800mm high it sits lower than a standard 850mm bench fridge, so check how it lines up with your other benches.
• Access: the carton is about 930 x 730 x 901 mm. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking.

Common questions:

What does "6P" in the model code mean?
It is the number of 1/3 GN pans the top takes: six on this 900mm model. The 1200mm TL1200TN-9P takes nine.

Are pans included?
No. GN pans are sold separately.

Will it cope with a hot kitchen?
FED rates it for rooms up to 32°C at 60% humidity, so keep it away from cooking equipment.
