Williams Gem Multideck M100MTWCN - White Open Deck Fridge with Night Blind 960mm 458L
The Williams Gem Multideck M100MTWCN is an open-front display fridge for grab-and-go food and drinks: sandwiches, salads, sushi, yoghurts and cold drinks on four adjustable shelves that customers can reach without opening a door. It holds +1°C to +4°C with forced-air refrigeration, lights the shelves with LED strips, and has a retracting night blind that pulls down after close to hold the cold in. At 960mm wide it is the narrowest of the three Gem sizes, in a white finish; the M100MTSCN is the stainless steel version, and the M125 and M150 models are wider.

Good to know before you buy:
- Room temperature: this is an open-front display rated for rooms up to 25°C. It belongs in an air-conditioned shop, away from direct sun, heaters and open doors. It is not suited to a hot kitchen.
- Access: the cabinet is 2005mm high, 960mm wide and 795mm deep. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorway height and width and the route to its final spot.
- Power: it is self-contained and runs on single-phase power. Ask us for the Williams data sheet if you need the exact plug and running current before your electrician fits a point.
- Airflow: keep the air grilles clear and do not block the front with signage or stock piled above the top shelf, as an open display relies on its air curtain.
- Night blind: pull the blind down whenever the shop is closed to hold temperature and cut running costs.

Common questions:
Is the Gem Multideck made in Australia like the other Williams cabinets?
No. The Gem Multideck range is made in the UK and brought in by Williams Refrigeration Australia. Williams' prep counters and upright cabinets are made in Dandenong South, Victoria.
Can I put it in a hot shop or near the kitchen?
Williams rates it for rooms up to 25°C. Open-front displays lose cold air quickly in warm or draughty spots, so if your shop runs hotter than that, a glass door display such as the Williams Pearl range is a safer choice.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It is a self-contained cabinet, so once it is in position and plugged in it is ready to run. If a new power point is needed, use a licensed electrician.

Warranty: Williams 24-month parts and labour warranty from the date of invoice on this self-contained unit, carried out by Williams authorised service agents on the Australian mainland. Warranty repairs must be logged with Williams first.
