Williams Gem Multideck M150MTWCN - White Open Deck Fridge with Night Blind 1510mm 740L

The Williams Gem Multideck M150MTWCN is the largest of the three Gem open-front displays, with 740 litres over four adjustable shelves in a cabinet that Williams lists at 1510mm wide. It is the one for a busy lunch trade, a food hall or a convenience store that wants a wide wall of sandwiches, salads, drinks and dairy on self-serve display. Forced-air refrigeration holds +1°C to +4°C, LED strip lighting brightens every shelf, and a retracting night blind covers the front after close. It has a white finish; the M150MTSCN is the stainless steel version, and the M125 and M100 are the narrower sizes.

Key features:

  • Open-front multideck display for self-service grab-and-go food and drinks
  • 4 fully adjustable shelves with removable EPOS ticket strips
  • Holds +1°C to +4°C with thermostatically controlled forced-air refrigeration
  • Retracting night blind with a soft-opening action
  • LED strip lighting fitted as standard
  • Clear digital controller
  • Self-contained refrigeration, supplied on castors
  • White finish

Good to know before you buy:

  • Room temperature: rated for rooms up to 25°C. Open-front displays need an air-conditioned space away from sun, heaters and open doors.
  • Access: 2005mm high, about 1510mm wide and 795mm deep. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorway height and width and the path to its spot. Ask us to confirm the width before you order if space is tight.
  • Power: self-contained, single-phase. Ask us for the Williams data sheet if you need the exact plug and running current before your electrician fits a point.
  • Airflow: keep the air grilles clear and do not stack stock above the top shelf or in front of the air curtain.
  • Night blind: pull it down whenever the shop is closed to hold temperature and save energy.

Common questions:

How much does it hold?
740 litres across four adjustable shelves, the most in the Gem range. The M125 holds 607 litres and the M100 holds 458 litres.

Is it suitable for a hot shopfront?
No. Williams rates the Gem Multideck for rooms up to 25°C. For warmer sites, a glass door display such as the Williams Pearl range holds temperature far better.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It is self-contained, so it just needs to be positioned and plugged in. Use a licensed electrician if a new power point is required.
