The Williams Gem Multideck M150MTSCN is the biggest Gem open-front display in stainless steel: 740 litres over four adjustable shelves in a cabinet Williams lists at 1510mm wide, for a food hall, busy cafe or convenience store that moves a lot of grab-and-go stock through the day. Forced-air refrigeration holds +1°C to +4°C, LED strip lighting shows off every shelf, and a retracting night blind seals the front after close. The M150MTWCN is the white version, and the M125MTSCN and M100MTSCN are the narrower stainless sizes.

Good to know before you buy:
- Room temperature: rated for rooms up to 25°C. Open-front displays need an air-conditioned space away from sun, heaters, cooking equipment and open doors.
- Access: 2005mm high, about 1510mm wide and 795mm deep. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorway height and width and the path to its spot. Ask us to confirm the width before you order if space is tight.
- Power: self-contained, single-phase. Ask us for the Williams data sheet if you need the exact plug and running current before your electrician fits a point.
- Airflow: keep the air grilles clear and do not stack stock above the top shelf or in front of the air curtain.

Is the Gem Multideck Australian made?
No. Williams makes its prep counters and upright cabinets in Dandenong South, Victoria, but the Gem Multideck is made in the UK and supplied here by Williams Refrigeration Australia.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It is self-contained, so it just needs to be positioned and plugged in. Use a licensed electrician if a new power point is required.
