A stainless steel open-front display with 607 litres over four adjustable shelves, the Williams Gem Multideck M125MTSCN is the mid-size Gem for cafes, delis and convenience stores that want self-serve sandwiches, salads, drinks and dairy in a finish that sits well beside stainless counters. It is 1250mm wide and 2005mm high, holds +1°C to +4°C with forced-air refrigeration, lights every shelf with LED strips, and has a retracting night blind for after hours. The M125MTWCN is the same cabinet in white, while the M100MTSCN and M150MTSCN are the narrower and wider stainless models.

Good to know before you buy:
- Room temperature: rated for rooms up to 25°C. Keep it in an air-conditioned space away from sun, heaters, cooking equipment and open doors.
- Access: 2005mm high, 1250mm wide and 795mm deep. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorway height and width and the path inside.
- Power: self-contained, single-phase. Ask us for the Williams data sheet if you need the exact plug and running current before your electrician fits a point.

Why is the room temperature limit only 25°C?
An open-front display keeps food cold with a curtain of chilled air rather than a door, so warm room air, draughts and sun all work against it. Williams rates the Gem for rooms up to 25°C, which is typical of an air-conditioned shop.
Does it have lighting?
Yes. LED strip lighting is fitted as standard to light the shelves and the stock on them.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It is self-contained, so it just needs to be positioned and plugged in. Use a licensed electrician if a new power point is required.
