Sitting in the middle of the Gem Multideck range, the Williams M125MTWCN gives a cafe, convenience store or food hall 607 litres of open-front chilled display across four adjustable shelves, 1250mm wide. Customers pick up sandwiches, salads, drinks and dairy straight off the shelf, forced-air refrigeration holds +1°C to +4°C, LED strips light every shelf, and a retracting night blind seals the front after close. It comes in a white finish; the M125MTSCN is the stainless steel version, the M100 is narrower at 960mm, and the M150 is wider at 1510mm.

Good to know before you buy:
- Room temperature: rated for rooms up to 25°C. Put it in an air-conditioned space away from sun, heaters, ovens and open doors, or the open front will struggle to hold temperature.
- Access: 2005mm high, 1250mm wide and 795mm deep. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorway height and width and the path inside.
- Power: self-contained, single-phase. Ask us for the Williams data sheet if you need the exact plug and running current before your electrician fits a point.
- Airflow: keep the air grilles clear and do not stack stock above the top shelf or in front of the air curtain.

What is the night blind for?
It is a retracting blind that covers the open front when the shop is closed, so the cabinet holds its temperature overnight and uses less energy. It has a soft-opening action for the morning.
Can I move the shelves?
Yes. All four shelves are fully adjustable, so you can set taller gaps for drinks and lower ones for sandwiches and snacks. Each shelf has a removable ticket strip for pricing.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It is self-contained, so it just needs to be positioned and plugged in. Use a licensed electrician if a new power point is required.
