The Williams Gem Multideck M100MTSCN is the stainless steel version of the smallest Gem open-front display, which Williams lists at 960mm wide with 458 litres over four adjustable shelves. It suits a cafe, deli or convenience store with limited frontage that wants grab-and-go sandwiches, salads, drinks and dairy on self-serve display, in a finish that matches stainless steel counters and benches. Forced-air refrigeration holds +1°C to +4°C, LED strips light every shelf, and a retracting night blind covers the front after close. The M100MTWCN is the white version, and the M125MTSCN and M150MTSCN are the wider stainless models.

Good to know before you buy:
- Room temperature: rated for rooms up to 25°C. Open-front displays need an air-conditioned space away from sun, heaters and open doors.
- Access: 2005mm high, about 960mm wide and 795mm deep. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorway height and width. Ask us to confirm the width before you order if space is tight.
- Power: self-contained, single-phase. Ask us for the Williams data sheet if you need the exact plug and running current before your electrician fits a point.
- Airflow: keep the air grilles clear and do not stack stock above the top shelf or in front of the air curtain.
- Night blind: pull it down whenever the shop is closed to hold temperature and save energy.

Is it fully stainless steel?
Williams lists the SCN models with a stainless steel finish, as against the white WCN models. The shelves, lighting, night blind and refrigeration are the same on both.
Can customers reach everything?
Yes. The front is open with no doors, so customers take items straight off the shelves. Pull the night blind down after close to hold the cold in.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It is self-contained, so it just needs to be positioned and plugged in. Use a licensed electrician if a new power point is required.
