What warranty do Bromic products have?
Bromic backs its refrigeration with a 5-year Extra Care warranty covering parts and labour. Warranty repairs are carried out through Bromic's national service network.
What refrigerant do Bromic fridges use?
Bromic says around 90% of its range uses natural refrigerants with close to zero global warming potential. Most models run on R290 or R600a, and each product page lists the refrigerant for that model.
Do Bromic modular ice machines come with a storage bin?
No. A modular head sits on a separate storage bin. On each modular ice machine page you can choose the head on its own, or the head with a compatible Bromic bin, plus the adaptor Bromic specifies when that bin needs one.
Are some Bromic models special order?
Yes. Bromic supplies some models to order, and those product pages are marked special order. Ask us about timing before you order one.
