ICS Pacific FAQs
What warranty does ICS Pacific equipment have?
The cake displays, heated displays, Venice and Como fridges and PaddleCof dispensers have a 3 year parts and labour warranty. The Nova chest and scooping freezers have a 5 year parts and labour warranty.
Do the Nova freezers come with tub frames or baskets?
No, the Nova freezers come empty. Choose 5 litre tub frames, 10 litre stainless steel tub frames or 260mm baskets as an option on the product page and they are added to your order. The scooping freezers also have an optional sneezeguard light.
Can I match a hot and cold display?
Yes. The Siena 80R and 80H, and the Verona 70, 90 and 120 refrigerated (R) and heated (H) models, are made to sit side by side as a matching hot and cold counter.
What is the difference between the Novara and the Novara Echo?
Both are floor-standing refrigerated cake displays on lockable castors. The Echo adds internal one-way mirrors and extra LED lights that create an 'infinite' reflection, so the display looks fuller and brighter.
