The ICS Pacific Nova 5 Scooping is an ice cream scooping freezer made in Denmark by Elcold, with a three-piece perspex sneezeguard over lockable glass sliding lids so customers can see the flavours while staff scoop. It holds -16°C to -23°C in rooms up to 35°C, with 77mm insulation, tough powder-coated steel walls and four castors (two lockable). The cabinet comes empty, so choose tub frames above, and add the sneezeguard light if you'd like the display lit.

Inserts (choose above): the cabinet comes empty. 5L tub frames = 2 x single and 3 x triple 5L frames, holding 11 x 5 litre tubs on display plus 28 in reserve. 10L tub frames = 5 x double 10L frames in grade 304 stainless steel, holding 10 x 10 litre tubs on display plus 8 in reserve. 260mm baskets = 5 x 260mm baskets in nylon-coated wire. The sneezeguard light lights the display from above.
