Musso is an Italian maker of ice cream and gelato machines that freeze and churn in one machine, from compact benchtop models for cafes and restaurants to floor standing machines for gelato shops. The range is distributed in Australia by International Catering Equipment (ICE).

Which Musso machine should I choose?

For a restaurant making desserts in small batches, the L1 Mini or L2 Stella sit on a bench. For a cafe or gelato counter, the L3 Giardino or L3R Club make up to 8kg an hour, and the L4 Consul makes up to 12kg an hour for a busy gelato shop.

What power do they need?

All Musso machines run on single-phase 240V power.

What warranty applies?

Musso machines have 2 years parts and 1 year labour under ICE's Extended Gold Star warranty, back to base for the L1 Mini and L2 Stella.
