Anvil FFA0002 - Electric Deep Fryer, Double Pan
The Anvil FFA0002 gives you two independent 5 litre pans side by side, each with its own 2.4 kW element, so you can keep chips apart from seafood or crumbed items. Run both pans in the rush and just one when it's quiet to save power and oil. It comes with two standard 10 A plugs, which makes it an easy fit for cafes, pubs and takeaways without three-phase power. It is the twin-pan version of the single FFA0001.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it has two 10 A plugs, so you'll need two standard 10 A outlets within reach. Ideally they should be on circuits that can carry the load, so check with your electrician if you're unsure.
- Placement: use it on a stable, heat-resistant bench away from water, under suitable kitchen ventilation for frying.
