Anvil STA0001 - Single Electric Boiling Top
The Anvil STA0001 is a single-plate electric boiling top for benchtop cooking where gas isn't available or a full range is overkill, such as cafes, food trucks and catering setups. Its 230mm plate heats up quickly, and a six-stage switch takes you from a gentle simmer to a full boil. A rear splash guard stops spills blocking the ventilation slots. The STA0002 is the double version with two plates.
