Anvil VRX1200S - Refrigerated Ingredient Well 1200mm, Stainless Steel Lid
The Anvil VRX1200S is a low-profile, 1200mm refrigerated ingredient well with a stainless steel lid, made to sit on a prep bench and keep toppings chilled between orders. It takes 4 x 1/3 GN pans (or 3 x 1/3 plus 1 x 1/2) up to 150mm deep, stands only 225mm high with the lid closed, and is rated for kitchens up to 38°C. The VRX1200 is the same size with a glass canopy for customer-facing counters.
