Anvil VRX1500 - Refrigerated Ingredient Well 1500mm, Glass Canopy
The Anvil VRX1500 gives a sandwich bar, salad counter or pizza line 1500mm of chilled ingredient storage under a glass canopy. It takes 6 x 1/3 GN pans (or 5 x 1/3 plus 1 x 1/2), up to 150mm deep, and is rated for room temperatures up to 38°C. It holds two more 1/3 pans than the 1200mm VRX1200, and the VRX1500S is the same size with a stainless steel lid.
