Anvil VRX1800 - Refrigerated Ingredient Well 1800mm, Glass Canopy
The Anvil VRX1800 is an 1800mm refrigerated ingredient well with a glass canopy, sized for long sandwich, salad and burrito lines where staff need plenty of toppings within reach. It takes 8 x 1/3 GN pans up to 150mm deep and is rated for rooms up to 38°C, with a digital controller and stainless steel inside and out. It holds two more pans than the 1500mm VRX1500, and the VRX1800S swaps the glass for a stainless steel lid.
