Anvil VRX1800S - Refrigerated Ingredient Well 1800mm, Stainless Steel Lid
The Anvil VRX1800S is an 1800mm refrigerated ingredient well with a stainless steel lid, for long prep benches where toppings stay chilled and covered between orders. It takes 8 x 1/3 GN pans up to 150mm deep, stands 225mm high when closed, and is rated for kitchens up to 38°C. It is the lidded twin of the glass canopy VRX1800, and a size up from the 1500mm VRX1500S.
