Atosa DF097D - Upright Round Cake Showcase
The Atosa DF097D is a 900mm upright cake showcase with curved front glass and four display levels, made for cafes, patisseries and bakeries that want cakes front and centre. It holds 0°C to +8°C in rooms up to 43°C, with heated glass to clear condensation and LED lighting to show off your range. It is the smallest of Atosa's DF round showcases, which also come in 1200, 1500 and 1700mm widths. The DF097F is the square glass alternative at the same width.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: it arrives packed at 960 x 800 x 1500mm and 235 kg, by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking, so check doorways and organise help to move it.
- Before switching on: keep it upright. If it has been tilted while moving, Atosa says to stand it upright for 24 hours, then run it empty for 2 hours before loading.
- Power: use its own earthed single-phase 220–240V power point.
- Clearances: leave at least 200mm between the cabinet and walls or other objects, and keep it away from heat sources and direct sun.

Common questions:
Why is the front glass fogging up?
To save power, the glass heater switch is off by default. In humid weather, switch it on and it will clear the condensation.
How much weight can each shelf take?
Up to 30 kg per shelf, according to Atosa's manual.
Which side do staff serve from?
Staff load and serve through the sliding rear doors, which can be removed for cleaning. Customers view from the curved front.
