The Atosa WDF097Z packs four tiers of square glass display into a 900mm footprint, giving a small cafe or patisserie 373 litres of chilled space for cakes, tarts and desserts. It holds 0°C to +8°C, has heated glass and LED lighting, and stands 1350mm tall. Compared with the 3 level DF097F at the same width, it adds a tier and 83 litres, and it is the smallest of the four WDF four tier models.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: packed, it is 960 x 800 x 1500mm and 262 kg. It comes by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, so check door heights and widths.
• Before switching on: keep it upright. If it was tilted in handling, stand it for 24 hours, then run it empty for 2 hours before loading.
• Power: plug it into its own earthed single-phase 220–240V power point.
• Clearances: leave at least 200mm from walls and other objects, away from heat sources and direct sun.

Why does the glass fog?
The glass heater switch is off by default. In humid weather, turn it on to clear the condensation.
