Step up to 1200mm with the Atosa DF127D, a curved glass upright showcase that gives you 400 litres of chilled display across four levels. It suits cafes and cake shops with a growing range of cakes, tarts and slices, holding 0°C to +8°C in rooms up to 43°C. Compared with the 900mm DF097D it adds 300mm of width and 110 litres, while the square glass DF127F offers the same width with three levels.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: packed, it is 1260mm wide, 1500mm high and 309 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, so measure doorways and plan for enough people or equipment to move it.
• Setting up: stand it upright for 24 hours if it was tilted in transit, then run it empty for 2 hours before adding stock.
• Power: it should have its own earthed single-phase 220–240V power point.
• Clearances: Atosa asks for at least 200mm of space from walls and other objects, away from heat and direct sunlight.
