The Atosa DF177D is the widest of Atosa's DF round cake showcases: 1700mm of curved glass and 600 litres of display space over four levels. It is made for high-volume patisseries, bakeries and hotel buffets, holding 0°C to +8°C in rooms up to 43°C with LED lighting and heated anti-fog glass. Compared with the DF157D it adds 200mm and 80 litres, and its square glass equivalent is the DF177F.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: packed, it is 1760mm wide and 388 kg, so moving it inside is a job for a team with proper equipment. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside.
• Before use: keep it upright. If it was tilted, stand it for 24 hours before switching on, then run it empty for 2 hours.
• Power: it needs its own earthed single-phase 220–240V power point.
• Clearances: leave at least 200mm around the cabinet and keep it away from heat sources and direct sun.
